Platform Role
- Trustgraphy only provides a technology platform to connect users.
- We are not a photography service provider.
- All services are provided by freelancers or studios registered on our platform.
User Accounts
- To use Trustgraphy you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide true and correct information
- Keep your login details secure
Trustgraphy may suspend or delete accounts that provide false, abusive or illegal content.
Bookings & Communication
- Clients can:
- Search professionals
- View profiles
- Chat
- Place bookings
All communication and bookings must happen through Trustgraphy for security and record keeping.
Payments
- All payments are made on the Trustgraphy website.
- Trustgraphy collects payment from clients and releases it to the freelancer after service completion.
- Payment gateways are used for secure transactions.
- Trustgraphy may deduct platform fees or commission.
Freelancer Responsibilities
- Photographers, Videographers & Studios must:
- Provide correct service details
- Deliver services as promised
- Respect client privacy
- Not ask clients to pay outside Trustgraphy
- Violation may result in account termination.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate booking details
- Not misuse freelancer data
- Make payments on time
- Behave respectfully
- Fake or abusive accounts will be banned.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds depend on
- Cancellation time
- Service status
- Freelancer agreement
- Trustgraphy has the final decision in disputes.
Ratings & Reviews
- Users may leave honest reviews.
- Fake or abusive reviews will be removed.
Content Ownership
Users keep ownership of their photos and videos but allow Trustgraphy to display them on the website for promotion.
Platform Protection
- Trustgraphy is not responsible for:
- Service quality
- Photographer behavior
- Losses caused by third parties
- We act only as a connecting platform.
Account Termination
Trustgraphy can suspend or delete any account without notice if rules are broken.
Legal Jurisdiction
- These terms follow the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be handled in Indian courts.
